Amazing Pool Experience

I had a wonderful time at the hotel, enjoying the spacious and well-maintained rooms, and the food options were surprisingly affordable for a resort. The staff were always ready to assist and made the entire stay more enjoyable. However, the shuttle service to the nearby attractions could use some improvement as it required prior reservations and had limited hours. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, just a few minor hiccups.

My stay at the hotel was truly delightful! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time, even upgrading our room within 30 minutes of reporting a minor issue. The large and clean rooms, along with the amazing amenities, made our holiday very enjoyable. The only suggestions I have are for more practical name tags for the staff and perhaps to reconsider having management meetings in front of guests. Overall, a wonderful experience with remarkable service!
