My stay at the hotel was truly delightful! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time, even upgrading our room within 30 minutes of reporting a minor issue. The large and clean rooms, along with the amazing amenities, made our holiday very enjoyable. The only suggestions I have are for more practical name tags for the staff and perhaps to reconsider having management meetings in front of guests. Overall, a wonderful experience with remarkable service!
